What is B-Groomed Expo?

The B-Groomed Expo is a unique event for both men and women, and is about men’s fashion, grooming, lifestyle, food, cigars, sports, automotive, spirits and technology! It is open to consumers and industry professionals alike. Finally, an expo where everyone is invited to see the newest trends in fashion, grooming, gifts and lifestyle!

Who is the B-Groomed Expo for?

The B-Groomed Expo is for all individuals to see, experience and shop for all things in the explosive men’s market! Gents interested in the latest fashion; ladies interested in learning about cigars; couples looking for new car ideas; sports fans interested in meeting local stars; those seeking inspiration for their next cocktail party; women shopping for unique gifts for men in their lives; fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, friends and family, consumers and professionals…. B-Groomed is an amazing new experience for everyone!

What is a Professional Track Ticket?

B-Groomed is offering a professional track ticket that offers all the exciting things on the main expo floor, as well as three men’s hair cutting/styling professional education classes and the B-Groomed Battle for Atlanta!

Professional Tickets are now for sale and are $35 per person. Click on the “TICKETS” tab on the menu bar to purchase. 

What is the focus for B-Groomed Education 2016?

Currently, B-Groomed education is designed for both cosmetologists and barbers. Our education works in a progressive manner starting at 10am Saturday December 11th teaching fundamentals going later into the afternoon teaching advanced technique.

This year in Atlanta 2016, education is targeted to men and women who offer men’s haircutting services in their salons or barbershops. Future offerings in the professional area may include fashion styling for menswear professionals, esthetics and skincare for the male clientele, professional shave education, facial hair and beard shaping seminars and more.

Who Are Industry Professionals at B-Groomed?

Presently, the professional track at B-Groomed is targeted to cosmetologists and barbers. In the future, this may include estheticians, fashion stylists, tailors, home improvement and carpentry workshops. What trades are you interested in seeing represented at B-Groomed?

Who Can Compete in the B-Groomed Battle for Atlanta?

The B-Groomed Battle for Atlanta is a barber battle open for all men’s haircutting professionals (cosmetologists and barbers) to create the best haircuts in three categories!

Who can Watch the B-Groomed Battle for Atlanta?

Come see the throwdown to take home cash, prizes and bragging rights by winning the Battle for Atlanta! Observation is open to anyone, however admittance will require a Professional Track ticket.

What are my parking options?

There are three public parking lots within 1 block of the venue. One is on property, one is a very large parking garage directly across the street, and the third is a smaller outdoor public lot just West of the venue.

Is the venue disabled accessible?

Absolutely. For more specific questions, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll ask the venue owners.

How do I become a Volunteer?

To become a volunteer, email support@b-groomed.com and let us know how you’d like to help out.

As an exhibitor, instructor, or attendee, am I eligible to receive discounts on hotel rooms?

We have not made arrangements for group discounts with any of the Atlanta hotels, but you can feel free to contact us for advice on where to find the best lodging deals in the greater Atlanta Metro area.

How do I reserve an exhibit space?

You can submit your application for exhibit space at B-Groomed Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Expo by visiting the Exhibitors section of our website and clicking on the “Reserve your Space” menu tab to download an exhibitor application and contract.

What options do I have for payment?

Attendees: Ticket Sales are handled through eventbrite.com. Your payment options will be explained when you click on “TICKETS” and review eventbrite.com payment terms.

Exhibitors: We accept the following forms of payment: Check (No later than 30 days before the event) or Money Order, Wire Transfer, Chase Quickpay, and eCheck through verified processor Authorize.net. Instructions for each method of payment are included in the exhibitor application.

What is included in the standard booth space?

All booths include a 10’ by 10’ showcase area, wastebasket, 20 amp electrical service, and two (2) exhibitor badges.

If you don’t wish to bring your own, A limited number of 6′ tables and chairs are available.

In addition, an 8’ high custom printed back wall graphic and hardware, and 2 LED light fixtures are available for purchase.

Will I have to exhibit for the full show hours?

Yes, your booth should be manned throughout the full day. Having a human presence always nets better engagement than an empty exhibit space.

Can I purchase internet for my exhibit space?

The venue has limited internet availability. We strongly advise you activate your phone or tablet’s hotspot function for your use.

Can I sell food in my exhibit space?

The venue requires that all food be sold through their catering partner. If you are interested in providing free food samples, please email ryan@b-groomed.com so we can make the necessary arrangements with the venue.

What are exhibit set-up/dismantle hours and process?

Exhibitors will be allowed to set-up on Sunday, December 2016 from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Exhibitor move-out will take place Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You are permitted to move in and out yourself at no additional charge, provided that everything is either carried in, brought in a rolling cart or luggage, or rolled in using a non-motorized hand card. If a motorized cart or forklift is required, you must use the venue’s labor services. Please email ryan@b-groomed.com so we can make the necessary arrangements with the venue

Where can I find an exhibitors manual?

We sent out exhibitor manuals to all registered exhibitors. A downloadable version is available for you by clicking EXHIBITORS in the menu bar above and then “Exhibitor Resources”.

Where can I find a floor plan?

You will find it under “Venue” in the menu as the tab “Floor Plan”

Is there Security at the Venue?

Security will be stationed in the venue from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Am I allowed to bring furniture, chairs and carpet to decorate my exhibit space?

Yes, provided that you adhere to move-in / move-out rules and the furniture, chairs, carpet and any other décor do not extend outside your designated exhibit space.
